Newsletter: June 2017
Dear Parents,
Nihao!
I cannot believe how fast the school year has gone by. At the time of this writing, we only have two weeks left of school – and counting! For the past a couple of weeks, Grade 7 Chinese have worked on the last chapter of this year: shopping fruits in a Chinese store. They are able to recognize many fruits and buy their favorite fruits at a fruit stand now.
We’re currently wrapping up the curriculum and busy with all of the final things we need to do in class. The students have learned so much this year and are able to do many things with Chinese language and culture. Students are more confident with their language skills. Their communicative skills are much better than a few months ago. You should feel very proud of your son’s/daughter’s accomplishment.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions and concern regarding your student’s progress in Chinese study.
Have a great summer!
Respectfully,
ChinHuei Yeh
